What are the fees for the delivery of orders from the Online Store?

The shipping costs depend on the country of dispatch. The price will be quoted when ordering online POWERCRANK READY.
If you ordered the POWERCRANK CUSTOM option, the INPEAK shipment to you is free and carried out by GLS courier.

What payment methods are accepted in the online store?

We accept the following payment methods:

– Wire transfer

– Deposit via the PayPal system (also Visa, Mastercard are accepted)

How long will it take to complete the order and delivery?

Realization of the POWERCRANK READY takes up to 3 working days. After receipt of payment for the goods we are required to send a power meter during this time. We are not responsible for transport time, but it usually takes up to 24 hours.

Realization of the POWERRCANK CUSTOM takes up to 3 working days for aluminium crank and up to 5 working days for carbon cranks. The time is counted from the moment we pick up your arm crank from the courier until you send the finished product to you. We are not responsible for transport time, but it usually takes up to 24 hours.

How secure are shopping in the online store? Is my data protected?

Do I need to register to place an order?

You do not need. It is possible to place an order without registering in our website, i.e., “as a guest”. You will be informed of your order by email address provided when placing the order.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

YES. You will receive the purchase document along with the goods. You enter the invoice data at the stage of placing the order. Using a valid EU VAT number will result in a 0% VAT charge.
