After you place your order and pay for it, you will receive a message from us confirming your order, information on how to pack your package, and a link to the courier company you can use to send your package to us.
Pack your old crank with the meter and the new crank you want to transfer the power meter to in one package.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days, and then both cranks will be sent back to you. When you take the device off the old crank, a trace of the meter is left which is masked with a sticker.
