The service is directed to people who already have our power meter, who want to “transfer” the power meter to a new crank.
As part of the service, we take the power meter off the old crank and install new components on the new crank, upload the latest software. The warranty period starts anew and lasts for 2 years.
The service also includes replacement of the power meter to the latest version on the same crank arm. It is possible to perform the service on meters under warranty as well as after the warranty period has ended.
The condition of the meter does not matter, it can be damaged as well as in working order – this does not affect the price.
