If you have placed and paid for an order for POWERCRANK CUSTOM, now it’s time for you to make a move and send the crank arm to us. After receiving the crank arm, you will receive confirmation and instructions by e-mail. Then, the assembly process will take place within 3 business days and it will be immediately shipped to you at the address indicated.
If you have selected the POWERCRANK READY option, after placing and paying for the order, wait for an email notification that will inform you at what stage your order is.
