During calibration I get the message “Calibration error”. What to do?

Error value: [25] indicates the wrong position of the crank with the power meter. Make sure the crank arm is pointing exactly vertically up or down (at 12:00 or 18:00).

Error value: [50] indicates that the battery is too low to properly perform the calibration process. Replace the CR2032 battery with a new one.

Error value: [75] indicates that the power meter is defective. Fill out the service request in the support page.
