- Make sure that the magnetic connector is not dirty, if necessary, gently remove the dirt, for example, with a cotton bud. Do not use force for this purpose.
- Plug the dedicated USB cable into the mains charger (you will find it in the box together with the purchased meter).
- Bring the two magnetic connectors close to the charging sockets on the POWERCRANK-E cases. Pay attention to the correct polarity of the connector! Do not use force, the proper orientation of the connector will be forced by the magnets.
- The LEDs should indicate charging with a corresponding light signal.
- The process of full charging takes about 2 hours.
